Check out my 23rd birthday cake, lovingly created by my very own cake-ninja boyfriend Dan.
I swear I have the best boyfriend in the universe! It’s constructed from carved layers of almond sponge with apricot jam and lots of tasty buttercream. The icing was sculpted and coloured by hand, with lots of food dye and trial and error. He spent about two days perfecting this cake – that’s love! :love:
