Teacupfaery & Bambina Carabina

November 13, 2010 1 Comment

Pipistrelle, my Kenner Blythe doll, wanted to show off her new Absinthe & Sugar dress from teacupfaery Jane, and her new Bambina Carabina helmet. Boots are from Obitsu.

The photos were taken on my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, using the Vignette for Android app. I think the vintage effect works rather well on my vintage Blythe beauty. :cheery:

OMG, I can’t believe those photos were taken with a CELLPHONE! 😯 I was reading the phrase ‘Sony Ericsson’ in a distracted sort of way while looking at the photo just above it at the same time, and I was vaugely thinking, ‘Oh, that’s funny, I didn’t know made a line of SLR cameras with the same name as their phones …’

Then I focused on the wordage and realised what the aych was going on, and I was like: 😯 … 😀

And, as always, your dolls are absolutely adorable. Oh! And I had no idea you could customise them like that, sandpapering their skin, ((LOL, that sounds like the title of an electro goth tune,)) Or spraying them with special spray to deshinify them! How cool … Do some people also dye/spray the skin colour of their dolls to make them look totally wild, like blue skin or green skin or something like that?

Such an unlimited world of customisation, it’s mind boggling! :crush:
