Chunky Purple Scarf

May 7, 2011 1 Comment

One Row Scarf

Finished this scarf off this afternoon… Rather depressingly, I’ve been working on it on and off since last July, when Dan bought me the yarn because I squealed at the lovely colours. I find knitting to be so much slower than crochet, and get bored with it much more easily. I’m determined not to give up though, and want to get moving on some Blythe sized knits.

One Row Scarf

I would like to have a go at some matching knit arm warmers or gloves… but to be honest I’m quite tempted to just crochet a pair. :ooh: I don’t know, maybe I should be knitting more. I guess I’ve got a while before autumn/winter rolls around, right?

The pattern I used is the One Row Handspun Scarf from the Yarn Harlot blog, and can be found here.

Yes, definitely squeal-worthy colours 🙂 My bro gifted me some yarn and needles to try and turn me to the woolly side! Nice work 🙂
